"Still waiting, no reply."
I'll change this review if my item ever shows up. As of now, I've been hanging tight for nearly 4 weeks. They generated a tracking number more than 2 weeks back, but there's been zero info or updates. I've reached out to them twice, and they haven't gotten back to me. At this point, I'm just trying to sort out how to get my money back.

Awesome service from these guys. I had a unique request and decided to use the chat feature to see if it could be done. They got back to me super quick and even followed up with an email to confirm everything. My order was sent out without delay. I was really pleased with what I received. The felt balls are stunning.

These felt balls are just what I was looking for! The variety of colors is fantastic. I needed a few smaller ones, so I ended up felting some by hand again. It really made me appreciate the work you put into your products.

I reckon this reflects a level of integrity and honesty that's kinda rare these days. "Awesome Quality"
These items are of excellent quality and arrived super fast, which was fantastic. The toughest part for me was choosing the colors. I found it tricky to get a good sense of the actual color, and a few of them turned out to be a different shade than I anticipated.

"Fantastic Product with Excellent Service!"
This item is truly fantastic, and the support team was top-notch. (I left out a couple of items in my order, and they ensured it got included.) The shipping was super fast. Just a heads up, the product ships from abroad and has to go through customs (which can be a bit sluggish). Expect it to arrive in about 10 to 14 days after you place your order.

"Awesome first experience!"
The felt balls I got arrived fast and were organized by color (which is gonna be super handy for my future orders). They even threw in a color chart, making my next order a breeze since I can see all the colors laid out instead of just on a screen. The felt balls looked great, had no smell, and came in vibrant, rich shades, all perfectly shaped. They totally surpassed what I was hoping for.
